Just when I thought that it was impossible for a conservative to not sit like a knot on a log while a fringe left whack-job was slapping him in the face with lies, distortions and personal insults - along comes Marc Thiessen. Marc is author of Courting Disaster: How the CIA Kept America Safe and How Barack Obama Is Inviting the Next Attack.
He threw it down with Christiane Amanpour; picked it up and threw it down again! The anti-American, Jew-hating, Christian-bashing, jihad-supporting Amanpour almost got in a horrendous lie about Israel. Thiessen even called her out on that one. These videos are well worth their length:
Consider the plunder, the destruction, the starvation, the brutality, the slave-labor camps, the torture chambers, the wholesale slaughter perpetrated by dictatorships. Yet this is what today's alleged peace-lovers are willing to advocate or tolerate—in the name of love for humanity. Ayn Rand (1966) ["The Roots of War," Capitalism: The Unknown Ideal, 36.]

How The Fearful Leader Protects The U.S.
Some of the latest words of wisdom from Fearful Leader:
Unless, of course, he's doing the pointing:
I'm sure that Fearful Leader releasing Chinese terrorists from Gitmo and resettling them in the Pacific island paradise of Palau at a cost of 200 hundred million dollars to US taxpayers went a long way in dissuading future terror attacks on U.S. soil.
I'm sure that Fearful Leader sneaking in the release of over 100 Islamic serial mass murderers from the Iranian-backed Asaib al Haq on New Year's eve didn't give more terrorists "an explicit rationale" for killing more Americans.
Eventually, Fearful Leader will have to come to the realization that while he is ringing his hands over the junk science of global warming, "reforming" a health care system that isn't broken and changing the U.S. Constitution to his personal manifesto, there are Islamic serial mass murderers that want to kill Americans.
President Barack Obama told his security chiefs on Tuesday that the botched Christmas Day plane bombing was the result of a screw up by U.S. intelligence and that the country had barely dodged disaster, according to a quotation released by the White House.
"This was a screw up that could have been disastrous," the president said during a meeting in the White House situation room, according to the White House media office. "We dodged a bullet but just barely. It was averted by brave individuals not because the system worked and that is not acceptable. While there will be a tendency for finger pointing, I will not tolerate it."
Unless, of course, he's doing the pointing:
"Make no mistake, we will close Guantanamo prison, which has damaged our national security interests and become a tremendous recruiting tool for al-Qaeda," President Obama said. "In fact, that was an explicit rationale for the formation of Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula."I'm sure that Fearful Leader releasing the USS Cole murderers from Gitmo 16 days into his administration didn't do any damage to our national security interests.
